Should we pay tips for facial beauty?
I say yes. As in all service industries most staff rely on them to supplement their low base pay. And it’s a great way to say you are happy with the service you receive. I think it’s at your discretion if you are dealing with the owner of the establishment as they’ve built profits into the price they charge.

Yes. It’s annoying because they charge me for the service. Unlike restaurant servers, where you pay for the food, and you tip the server for the service (technically free). But with hair and body, you already pay for the service, so it’s counter-intuitive. However, it is customary and to not do so is insulting and saying they didn’t do a good job.
