De-pit an avacado & throw the pit away. Scrape out the insides of the avacado into a bowl. Add 3/4C sugar, and 1T honey. Mix together well. Texture should be thick and grainy. Put all over face and leave on for 15 minutes. When you go to rinse it off, use as an exfoliator. It will scrub away dead skin cells and leave your face glowing! I’ve used it for about 2 years now. ♥

I say yes. As in all service industries most staff rely on them to supplement their low base pay. And it’s a great way to say you are happy with the service you receive. I think it’s at your discretion if you are dealing with the owner of the establishment as they’ve built profits into the price they charge.

Is it even necessary to tip for every beauty service?

The standard decent tip for great service is 15%. If you feel like someone is doing even better than that than give them what you feel they deserve. Just remember that you dont have to tip them just because it is usually done. What I mean is if they are not doing a good job than do you really think they deserve a tip at all? I only tip if I get good service. However it takes someone doing a really crappy job not to get at least 10% although I usually give 15%.

I’m worried that the exfoliation will aggravate my dry patches and cause break-outs and i don’t know if its relevant but i have dilated capillaries on both my cheeks.
